Activities will include rock climbing, rappels, specialty clinics, hiking, camping, yoga, meeting like-minded individuals and learning more about Outdoor Outreach and the youth we serve.

All of this is a reward for those who participate in raising money to directly benefit the hundreds of at-risk and underprivileged youth that Outdoor Outreach serves annually. We strongly encourage participants to surpass the fundraising minimum of $250. If you are unable to participate in the Joshua Tree Experience, but would still like to help, please consider setting up a fundraising page to raise money for the youth we serve and to earn tiered incentive prizes. The Joshua Tree Experience is an opportunity to bring our community together and rally support for Outdoor Outreach programs. Please consider joining us this year - your support will allow us to have an impact on more at-risk youth in our community.

In order to attend the fundraiser, each participant will need to set up an active.com fundraising site and raise a minimum of $250 dollars. We have set up tiered incentives to encourage high fundraising goals. Prizes will be given to each individual fundraiser based on the amount they raise. Prizes are cumulative; therefore, if you raise $2,500 you will receive all prizes through that tier.

Please check back frequently as we acquire more prizes.

Fundraising Goals:
$250: Entrance to the Joshua Tree Experience plus an event t-shirt and welcome bag
$350: $10 REI gift card AND 1 daypass to Vertical Hold or 1 daypass to Ginseng Yoga
$500: TBD
$700: TBD
$1,000: TBD
$1,250: A pair of Evolv climbing or approach shoes
$1,500: A Gregory daypack
$2,000: TBD
$2,500: TBD
Grand prizes for top earners: $250 REI gift card, annual pass to Vertical Hold, Sterling rope Instructions
Follow the directions below to register for the event and setup your fundraising page:

Everyone attending the event must register. Registering for the event automatically creates a fundraising page, which you will then need to format. If you are not attending the event but are interested in fundraising for Outdoor Outreach there is a separate link below that you can follow to create a fundraising page.

Individuals are required to raise at least $250. Teams (ie. couples, families, etc.) raise at least $250 per individual member of the team.
Once you have registered you will receive a phone call from our Marketing and Fundraising Committee to discuss event details and answer any questions you might have about the event.
